Electromagnetic waves and circular dichroism: an animated tutorial

In this excellent tutorial created by Andras Szilagyi basic polarization concepts as well as interactions of light and matter are explained.  Its animated sequences cover linear, circular and elliptical polarization as well as the superposition of polarized waves.  Many PEM applications are demonstrated, including diattenuation, birefringence and optical rotation.
